In order to best support those in our comprehensive integrative care tract, we use a membership model that includes a modest monthly fee in addition to visit charges.

Insurance companies discourage taking time to listen and understand the complexity of each patient. Because of this, our clinic is not contracted with any insurance companies.
If you have a PPO insurance plan and have met your deductible, it is likely that a percentage of the charges will be reimbursed to you at the out-of-network rate. We will provide an itemized superbill that includes appropriate ICD (medical diagnostic codes) and CPT (procedure codes) for you to submit to your insurance for reimbursement after you have made a payment to our office.
Integrative psychiatry consultations with Dr. Chandra are $640 per hour. Follow up visits are 30 to 60 minutes. Once patients begin seeing improvements, visits are typically every 6 to 8 weeks. In addition, integrative care patients are enrolled in a membership program that includes a $50 month charge starting after the first visit.
Because many of our patients require in-person visits, we work primarily with patients who live within driving distance of our office. Additionally, Dr. Chandra is only able to provide virtual consultations, when appropriate, to patients located in Maryland and Virginia.
We offer two paths for treatment. For patients who work with Dr. Chandra for integrative psychiatry or functional medicine care, we use a hybrid model of care that includes a modest monthly membership fee to allow us to provide individualized and thoughtful support to patients along with other benefits such as wholesale Quest lab pricing and discounted supplements.
Patients who are interested in individualized services only, such as neurofeedback or neurostimulation, are welcome to work with our clinic without the membership model.
